Jennifer started Next Level Partners after years managing highly productive and efficient fundraising and compliance operations on top campaigns around the country. Most recently, Jennifer served as Finance Director for Rep. Scott Murphy (NY-20) where she oversaw an operation that raised over $3 million since his special election victory in March 2009. Faced with high donor fatigue after the 2009 Special Election, Jennifer implemented an aggressive prospecting plan that recruited hundreds of new contributors to the Murphy effort resulting in one quarter where over 58% of Rep. Murphy’s individual donors were brand new contributors to his campaign. Jennifer also managed Rep. Murphy’s compliance operation.

In the 2008 cycle, Jennifer served as the Finance Director for John Adler for Congress (NJ-3), where she helped Adler, a Red to Blue candidate, raise $2.8 million in just over a year and the most of any Frontline campaign for 1^st Quarter 2009. For her work on the Adler for Congress campaign, Jennifer was named Runner Up in Politicker NJ’s Best Operatives of 2008.

Prior to 2008, Jennifer consulted with numerous New Jersey state Senators and Assemblymen on their fundraising. She also managed fundraising operations on campaigns in Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida and has overseen both state and federal compliance.

Since starting Next Level Partners, Jennifer was named a Rising Star in Campaigns and Elections Magazine. She and her team have overseen the compliance and accounting for over 115 entities thus far.

Jennifer obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from American University and her Masters in Business Administration with specializations in Marketing and Finance from the top-ranked Langone Program at New York University’s Stern School of Business. Jennifer currently lives in Washington, DC with her dogs Winston and Zoe, but misses her childhood home of New Jersey and its beaches. In her spare time she is the President of her family association which is having its 106^th Annual Family Reunion this year.
